Delta Group Nyrt. has approved another capital increase worth HUF 2 billion (EUR 5.6 million). The IT company announced that a corresponding agreement had been signed with Focus Ventures Alapkezelő Zrt..
With the new funds, the group intends to further strengthen its strategically important service divisions through additional acquisitions. By 2029, the company plans to acquire one to two firms annually. The focus is on IT companies generating annual revenues between HUF 800 million (EUR 2.2 million) and HUF 1.5 billion (EUR 4.2 million), operating profitably, and employing at least 30–40 highly qualified specialists.
Acquisition of UpScale
Delta has also signed an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in UpScale-Holding. Through the transaction, the company will indirectly obtain a majority stake in UpScale IT Kft. and UpScale Labs Kft..
The acquisition is intended to improve profitability and strengthen competencies in digitalization and artificial intelligence. UpScale is a fast-growing IT service provider in Hungary, offering software development and AI solutions for large and medium-sized corporate clients. In 2025, the company generated consolidated revenue of nearly HUF 1 billion (EUR 2.8 million) with a workforce of just under 40 employees.
