As part of your accounting assignment, we provide you with our Digital Invoice Assistance (DIA) web service for the electronic processing and registration of incoming invoices. The data of invoices issued by Hungarian suppliers is entered into the system real-time from the NAV (Hungarian Tax Authority) online page, while foreign supplier invoices can be recorded manually.

Our accounting solutions are suitable for the efficient processing of various document types:

• accounting of outgoing invoices with data extracted from the invoicing software you use;
• transferring incoming invoices to accounting via the DIA web service;
• posting bank statements with the electronic bank statement (compliant with the MT940 standard);
• importing data from other systems (cash register, payroll, etc.).

We can provide invoice issuance with an invoice image tailored to your needs from our own invoicing system, while we make the preparation of bank transfers easier by transferring data from our own systems.
