CATL Debrecen will launch a new recruitment campaign in July. The employment of local workers continuing to be a top priority. The company is primarily seeking employees in the fields of production, logistics, quality assurance, and occupational safety.
The Debrecen plant currently produces battery modules on three production lines. Once the necessary permits are obtained, test production of battery cells can also begin, requiring a further significant increase in staffing levels.
CATL Debrecen currently employs 1,470 people, and the workforce is expected to increase to 2,300 employees by the end of the year.
Founded in 2011, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) operates 13 manufacturing facilities and 6 research and development centers worldwide.
