Sameday takes over Pactic Group

Sameday - an international logistics company with activities in Central and Eastern Europe - has announced the acquisition of the Hungarian Pactic Group.
Pactic was founded ten years ago by Colin Snead in Budapest and focuses on regional e-commerce logistics. The company operates under the Pactic and Fürgefutár brands. It generated a turnover of EUR 15 million in 2023 with 4.5 million shipments.
Sameday is eMAG's logistics company and operates a network of over 700 Easybox parcel boxes in Germany, giving it a nationwide presence. In turn, eMAG is part of the global listed tech company Naspers/Prosus. The purchase price and other details of the transaction were not disclosed.
