Real estate developer Futureal has commissioned battery energy storage systems at five of its logistics centers, with a combined power output of 4 MW and a total storage capacity of 8 MWh.
According to Futureal Energy Partners, its subsidiary FEH Solar One Kft. implemented the project at a total cost of nearly HUF 1.7 billion (EUR 4.5 million). The EU provided grants covering one-third of the investment.
The HelloParks facilities are located in the Budapest metropolitan area, with direct access to the M0 ring road as well as the M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 and M7 motorways. Since the beginning of 2025, HelloParks has covered 100% of its electricity demand from renewable energy sources.
